Digibee is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex integration projects across LATAM and US customers, acting as the main point of contact through the full delivery lifecycle.

You will partner with customers, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a top-tier customer experience. You’ll manage distributed squads across Brazil and the United States and navigate ambiguity with hands-on organization.

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Proven experience managing teams.
• Experience with integration projects involving APIs, middleware, iPaaS, or distributed systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with international customers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear priorities and direction for technical teams.
• Experience managing scope changes, risks, timelines, and project dependencies.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical execution.
• Drive a positive customer experience throughout engagement.
• Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare and satisfaction follow-ups.

About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead complex integration projects across LATAM and US customers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with customers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a strong customer experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, managing distributed squads across Brazil and the United States.

This position is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to balance technical discussions with strong stakeholder management.

Main responsibilities

On a typical day, you'll...

• Manage integration projects end-to-end, from discovery to go-live and hypercare

• Monitor project progress and proactively address blockers and risks
• Manage scope changes and change requests when needed
• Prepare and share weekly project status reports with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and technical execution
• Drive a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Support post-go-live activities, including hypercare and customer satisfaction follow-ups
