Jobtailor in Porto Alegre, Brazil seeks a Data & AI Product Manager to define the data platform roadmap and drive analytics initiatives. You will prioritize backlogs, align with business areas, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable data solutions that create real value across the organization.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, monitor adoption metrics, and support data-driven decision making in a regulated financial-like environment.

Qualificações

• PM/PO experience in data and AI environments.
• Degree in a tech-related field.
• Experience with cloud data environments such as AWS or Databricks.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality (e.g., Gold Layer).
• Hands-on experience in large-scale data/AI projects.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to use data and AI to generate value.
• Support cooperatives in advancing their use of data.
• Structure business cases and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Experience as a PM, PO, agile practitioner, or in a similar role within data and AI environments
• Knowledge of data platforms, analytics, or data engineering
• Experience managing backlogs and applying agile methodologies
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience with cloud data environments (AWS, Databricks, etc.)
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and modeling (e.g., Gold Layer)
• Hands‑on experience in large‑scale data/AI projects
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments
• Product (PSPO, PM3, etc.) or data/cloud certifications
