NOUS LATAM is seeking an experienced data and analytics professional to lead BI and analytics initiatives across multiple client engagements in Brazil. The role requires coaching teams, managing senior client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership, with hands-on experience in Python/R/SQL/SAS, data visualization tools, and big data platforms.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
• Experience coaching and leading teams across large, complex projects.
• Experience leading senior client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials and organizational leadership.
• Ability to identify new business development opportunities, and experience leading proposal development and scoping of new opportunities.
• Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm.
• Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations.
• Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS), building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
