Qualificações

• Masters degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.
• Strong experience with SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or equivalent).
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Position Overview
The BMP (Business Model and Pricing) Analytics team is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support business performance management and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. The team partners closely with leadership, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to measure performance of our offering to customers, generate insights on customer behaviors, and drive data-informed actions across the organization.
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, developing analytical frameworks, and enabling performance monitoring through dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses. This role requires strong analytical rigor, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering impactful analytics in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is comfortable balancing structured, recurring analyses with ad hoc requests that support evolving business priorities

What you will do

• You have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. You identify business questions, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and translate them into clear analytical approaches.


• You support BMP initiatives by delivering insights on business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and strategic KPIs.


• You design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that track performance against targets and support leadership decision-making.


• You conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.


• You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, define relevant metrics, and ensure analytical outputs are aligned with decision needs.


• You partner with data engineering, finance, and other analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of reporting solutions.


• You synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise narratives and deliver presentations that translate data into actionable insights for senior leaders.


• You contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices within the BMP Analytics team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.


• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.

• Exposure to big data or distributed processing frameworks (e.g., Spark / PySpark).
