NOUS LATAM is seeking a data and analytics professional for an initial five-month contract with potential extension. The role focuses on delivering descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will analyze large data sets, benchmark metrics, and present actionable recommendations using BI tools. Strong communication in English and local language, plus Excel, PowerPoint, and programming skills, are required.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in BI and analytics.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex and demanding solutions across multiple industry verticals.
• Data analytics experience with software such as Python, R, SQL, SAS and building/managing databases.
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks for multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, and travel visas as required.

Basic qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence
• Knowledge of metrics, measurements, and benchmarking to complex and demanding solutions across multiple industry verticals
• Data and analytics experience such as working with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs

Preferred qualifications

• Additional data and analytics experience working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark or working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment
• Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
• Relevant industry expertise
• MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)
