What You'll Do:
Our Data Science & Engineering team uses cutting edge technology, advanced statistics and machine learning to tackle some of the most complex commercial and Product challenges at Criteo.
We help Criteo validate and evolve our products while exploring strategic game-changers to vault Criteo ahead in a fast-evolving media landscape. The team brings data and business expertise to feature teams, a unique understanding of complex Criteo machinery and supports client partners to design and build products with impact.
We serve as trusted partners to leadership and work closely with Product Managers, R&D, Go-to-Market & Business teams.
Responsibilities:
- Frequently interact with commercial teams and clients to share data-driven recommendations and insights regarding their marketing efforts.
- Occasionally use Tableau and Python to automate data analyses, build scalable insights and design impactful visualizations.
- Manage controlled incrementality A/B tests from design, to execution, to analysis and presentation of results.
- Work directly with top AMER clients both existing and new business to drive revenue.
- Participate in partnership implementation and drive these projects towards success.
- Join important task forces for the company on new products such as Offline offering.
- Innovate and provide insights on proof-of-concepts such as audio or new partnerships.
- Cross-functional knowledge on technical matter (dev) to fully autonomous, or ability and interest on the topic.
- Develop sustainable processes to ensure successful product life cycle development.
- Develop new insights based on RM client partner needs.
- Partner with commercial teams to expand MPO (Marketplace Performance Outcome), our reseller program solution, across LATAM.
Who You Are:- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in data science & analytics, finance, or consulting.
- Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
- Fluency in the core toolkit of Data Science.
- Manipulating large-scale data sets.
- Building data pipelines.
- Descriptive and predictive modeling.
- Implementing visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active and independent.
- Travel-ready. Willing to visit key clients or hubs (~10% of the time).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, as you'll cover both LATAM and North America.
