Overview Mastercard Brazil is seeking a Senior Counsel, Regulatory to lead its regulatory agenda in an increasingly complex environment shaped by the Central Bank of Brazil. This is a senior role covering the full regulatory cycle from the analysis of new products and business models to managing the day-to-day relationship with the Central Bank, supporting the compliance response to new regulations, and driving Mastercard's regulatory advocacy. The role advises local and regional leadership on regulatory strategy, positioning, and risk, ensuring the business can innovate and operate with legal certainty.
