Manukora is searching for a sharp, versatile copywriter who lives at the intersection of performance copy and brand storytelling. You’ll bring big ideas to life through tight, conversion-driven messaging across all of our owned and paid channels—while ensuring everything sounds distinctly Manukora.

We’re looking for someone who understands the US market and consumer and can take a brief and build it into best-in-class DTC copy—from ad hooks to hero headlines to email sequences that sell. You’re equally comfortable concepting high-performing direct-response campaigns and crafting brand narratives that emotionally connect with customers.

You’ll join a nimble, high-performing team building one of the most beloved brands in natural wellness. This is a highly collaborative role that reports into the Head of CX + Brand, working alongside design, lifecycle, growth, and our founder team.

Role Overview:

As our Copywriter , you'll be the voice of Manukora, crafting compelling copy for a variety of channels, including:

• Own the voice of the brand across key touchpoints: web, email, SMS, ads, packaging, and video
• Write performance copy that drives conversion (landing pages, PDPs, paid ads, email flows, acquisition campaigns)
• Translate product value props into clear, compelling messaging for both first-time buyers and loyal subscribers
• Build and evolve campaign narratives that support launches, seasonal promos, and evergreen initiatives
• Partner with lifecycle and growth teams on segmented messaging strategies that increase retention and LTV
• Lead copy strategy for product launches , including positioning, naming, headlines, CTAs, and storytelling
• Ensure every word reinforces Manukora’s tone.
• Ensure all copy is FDA and FTC claims compliant following our guidelines.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms, testing roadmaps, a/b testing, and audience research to inform copy that performs

You'll be a key member of our marketing team, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and the wider Manukora team to ensure our brand message is consistent and impactful.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–7+ years of copywriting experience for DTC CPG brands , ideally in wellness, food/bev, beauty, or adjacent
• Native or extremely fluent in the English language.
• A direct response mindset —you can write ads, landing pages, and emails that convert
• A strategic storyteller —you love turning product truths into emotional and differentiated brand stories
• Experience across both brand-building and growth channels : you’ve written for conversion and brand campaigns
• You’ve worked closely with performance marketers and lifecycle teams and understand how to drive measurable results
• Comfort working independently and proactively in a remote, asynchronous team
• A natural feel for US consumer tone , ideally with experience working in or for North American brands

This is a Remote Role

We’re open to candidates globally, especially those in Canada, LATAM, the UK , or other regions with strong DTC experience and alignment to the US market .

Compensation is aligned with regional benchmarks .
