Job summary

Playlist is seeking a strategic Senior Compensation Analyst to design and elevate our compensation programs, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally. You will design salary structures, lead market benchmarking, and collaborate with TA and HRBPs on offers and pay reviews.

You will build dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting, driving pay transparency and regulatory compliance across countries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in tech or related field.
• Deep understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks.
• Experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries with knowledge of US and international market pricing.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and analytical tools to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on offer recommendations and pay reviews.
• Design and maintain salary structures, job architecture, and dynamic pay ranges reflecting market trends.
• Create dashboards, predictive models, and executive reports translating data into insights for stakeholders.

• Create compelling dashboards, predictive models, and executive-level reporting that transform complex compensation data into actionable insights
• Champion pay transparency and ensure rigorous compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
• Architect and refine incentive programs that motivate and align with our company's strategic objectives
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation tools, processes, and analytical methodologies

The Experience You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertise in the technology sector
• Comprehensive understanding of compensation surveys, market pricing methodologies, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks
• Proven experience supporting compensation strategies across multiple countries, with nuanced knowledge of US and international market pricing dynamics
• Advanced analytical capabilities, with mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and compensation management tools
• Demonstratedexperience managing complex compensation cycles (experience with Pave, Dayforce, Workday is a plus)
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive sense of ownership and strategic thinking
• Experience supporting compensation in multiple countries and familiarity with US and international market pricing
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
