Job Summary

Leads commercial management activities across major expansion construction projects. The role involves direct execution of tasks, cost control, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and reporting project updates to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Construction Projects
    • Leads teams and applies expertise to address complex construction challenges.
    • Engages with contractors and collaborates with corporate development and planning teams.
    • Participates actively in project execution to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Budget & Reporting
    • Manages cost control and budgeting processes.
    • Supports audits and gap analyses to ensure compliance with financial standards.
    • Prepares and presents project updates and financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Procurement
    • Applies professional cost management procedures.
    • Contributes to the development of procurement strategies and documentation.
  • Contracts
    • Maintains contract policy standards.
    • Identifies recurring issues and suggests improvements to contractual policies.
  • Risk Management
    • Identifies and manages risks across multiple projects.
    • Recommends strategies to mitigate future risks.
  • Collaboration
    • Facilitates regional coordination with corporate development, legal, and management teams.
    • Communicates effectively with stakeholders to support project execution and issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Academic background in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in data center or mission-critical system design, construction, and cost management.
  • RCS Accreditation or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish language skills are a plus.
