Job Description:

The ERP BI Developer is responsible for developing and configuring BI dashboards and reports, focusing on ERP data. They should have experience in the full development process, including data discovery, data load, and report/dashboard development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure BI dashboards and reports with data from Oracle ERPs, Workday, SAP, etc.
• Experience with major BI platforms/systems used for ERPs
• Design and implement data models and ETL processes for data warehouses
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with best practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions
• Document development work, including system specifications and technical guides
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI)
• Experience with ERP data and tools for data loading (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Informatica)
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and practices
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
