The Business Operations team is looking for a Senior Business Operations Analyst to support the Strategic Accounts Line of Business, with a focus on large and high-impact customers. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can help accelerate growth and execution through operational excellence.

In this role, you will work closely with sales and executive leadership, providing critical insights, driving key cadences, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Multicloud) and/or AI-related businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; familiarity with BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution without direct authority.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to sales and leadership teams, identifying risks and opportunities while proposing actionable mitigation plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure adoption and consistent usage of regional processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Support account and territory planning activities to maximize sales coverage and effectiveness.
• Assist with executive presentations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and ad hoc reporting needs.
• Lead operational cadences with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams, tracking follow-up actions.
• Contribute to forecasting cycles and business performance analysis.
• Align business operations to key company initiatives, including AI, Multicloud, and startup ecosystem engagement.
