PROJECT

The tools being developed are used by IT service providers to automate activities for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), such as backup/restore, security, and administrative tasks on Microsoft 365 tenants.

Project technologies include: .NET 8, Angular, Oracle NetSuite, MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.

Job Description

1. Lead end-to-end business analysis for the migration project from Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the target software infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Conduct detailed requirements gathering by collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to understand current processes and define future needs.
3. Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed systems, identify key integration and data migration challenges, and develop solutions to bridge differences.
4. Document business processes, use cases, and data flow diagrams for clarity across business and technical teams.
5. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities, acting as a bridge between business users and IT teams.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies from a business analysis perspective, contributing to project planning and governance.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in senior or lead roles focusing on system migration or enterprise software implementation projects.
2. Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM; experience with their data models, workflows, and configurations.
3. Proven ability to manage complex data and process migration projects, including scoping, mapping, and validation of legacy-to-new system transitions.
4. Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
5. Effective stakeholder management skills, including experience working across business units and with technical teams.
6. Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7. Advanced English proficiency.
