Keeta Brazil is seeking a data-driven Business Performance Expert/Manager to join its São Paulo User Growth team. You will support target tracking, monitor performance, diagnose anomalies, and build reusable analytical assets to drive efficiency and scalability.

The role requires strong SQL skills, English proficiency, excellent communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• Proficient in SQL (Hive/Spark SQL preferred), able to independently write complex queries for large-scale data extraction and analysis
• Working proficiency in English
• Strong analytical thinking: ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify patterns, and translate data into business insights
• Excellent communication skills — able to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Open mindset for working in a cross-cultural team
• Sharp and fast learner — able to quickly ramp up on new business domains and analytical frameworks

• Participate in or lead deep-dive analytical projects on critical business topics, including user growth, subsidy efficiency, and campaign effectiveness
• Build and maintain reusable analytical assets — for high-frequency, mission-critical analysis workflows, develop standardized tools, templates, and automated solutions

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in data analysis at internet/e-commerce/on-demand delivery platforms (food delivery, ride-hailing, marketplace, etc.), or consulting industry experience
• Experience in business performance monitoring or operational analytics
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methodologies
• Familiarity with user segmentation, lifecycle analysis, or subsidy/promotion analysis
• Experience working in cross-cultural, globally distributed teams
