LTM is seeking a UX Business Systems Analyst in São Paulo to bridge business and technology, ensuring solutions align with goals while delivering a superior user experience across enterprise systems.

You will gather requirements, translate needs into functional specs, lead UX and workflow improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors, and drive adoption through testing, training, and rollout support.

Qualificações

• Experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Proven track record leading UX and business process improvement initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams, including business, applications, infrastructure, support, and vendors.
• Ability to drive change and influence outcomes without direct authority.Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
