We’re hiring: Business Operations Analyst (Process & GTM)

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support process design, execution, and performance visibility across global go-to-market teams.

This role sits at the intersection of process, data, and business operations, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Map and optimize end-to-end processes across the commercial lifecycle (lead to deal to renewal)
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in current workflows
• Define and standardize key metrics (conversion, pipeline health, deal velocity, renewals)
• Build simple dashboards and reports to improve execution visibility
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams
• Translate discussions into clear process documentation and actionable playbooks

What we’re looking for

• Experience with process analysis and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs and metrics
• Advanced Excel skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools
• Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
• Experience working in cross-functional environments
