Nubank is seeking a Business Analyst to join our data-driven teams in Rio de Janeiro. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights, support decision making across product and engineering, and help improve customer experience at scale.

As a Business Analyst, You're Expected To

• Do investigative work focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to use in each situation - and when the data isn't there yet, design the right tests or approaches to get it
• Work closely with your team to support data-based decisions, ensuring project flow and making the process of taking calculated risks comfortable despite uncertainties
• Work with large volumes of data to build a solid foundation for decision-making - knowing that not all answers are in the data, and that's okay
• Use tools like SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction and analysis - no prior experience needed, we teach these in your first weeks
• Understand our products and how they interact with other areas of the business
• Learn continuously from a well-prepared and highly qualified team
• Work in a complex, dynamic, and diverse environment on projects that will impact a large number of customers
