Job summary

Nubank is seeking a Business Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for millions of customers. You will structure analyses, test hypotheses, and partner with product, engineering, and business teams to drive decision making.

You will work with SQL, Python, and Scala to extract and analyze data at scale, learn quickly, and contribute to projects with a broad impact while navigating a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Business Analysts at Nubank

As a Business Analyst, You're Expected To

• Do investigative work focused on deciding which data makes the most sense to use in each situation - and when the data isn't there yet, design the right tests or approaches to get it
• Work closely with your team to support data-based decisions, ensuring project flow and making the process of taking calculated risks comfortable despite uncertainties
• Work with large volumes of data to build a solid foundation for decision-making - knowing that not all answers are in the data, and that's okay
• Use tools like SQL, Python, and Scala for data extraction and analysis - no prior experience needed, we teach these in your first weeks
• Understand our products and how they interact with other areas of the business
• Learn continuously from a well-prepared and highly qualified team
• Work in a complex, dynamic, and diverse environment on projects that will impact a large number of customers
