EY BR is seeking a Senior BI & Reporting Analyst to transform business questions into trusted data insights. You will build dashboards, develop executive reporting, and enable self-service analytics across teams in Brazil and globally.

The role requires advancing English, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and governance across reporting assets. Hybrid or remote options are available depending on location within Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Proven experience developing dashboards and executive reports.
• Experience with ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective data and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Advanced English to collaborate with global teams.

We are looking for an experienced BI & Reporting Analyst who combines strong technical expertise with business understanding. In this role, you will build dashboards, develop executive reporting, and help teams use trusted data to make informed decisions.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and data engineering teams, contributing to self-service analytics and the evolution of reporting standards.
