Job Overview

We have raised nearly $400M in funding, including the largest Series A in fintech history, and recently closed our Series B to support our next phase of growth. We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer with Golang experience to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

1. Translate product requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts.
2. Design and implement reliable systems within a micro-services architecture.
3. Build and maintain integrations with third-party vendors and partners.
4. Develop highly available RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
5. Create reusable code and foster collaboration across teams.
6. Implement observability practices with logging, metrics, and alerting.
7. Document architecture, APIs, workflows, and configurations.
8. Monitor systems for performance and scalability improvements.
9. Collaborate effectively across teams to align priorities and requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 5+ years of software development experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
3. Proficiency in Go/Golang, Java, Python, or C++.
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
5. Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
6. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
7. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes.
8. Experience with message queuing systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Flink.
9. Experience with CI/CD frameworks and release management.
