Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Backend Architect to provide technical leadership across backend systems in a hybrid Brazilian setting. You will define scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and drive governance for AI-enabled development while coordinating with stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

The role emphasizes multi-cloud strategy (AWS/GCP), Azure DevOps pipelines, and strong security and observability practices in a modern software ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, microservices, DDD, SOLID and event-driven design.
• Expertise in databases, messaging systems, and complex integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in AWS and GCP.
• Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps (pipelines, releases, governance, and automation).
• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, flow management).
• Proven Jira usage in projects.
• Robust experience with application security.
• Experience in technical leadership and SDD mastery.
• Ability to structure AI governance across the development lifecycle.
• Experience with AI development tools and frameworks.
• Willingness to work in hybrid model and reside in cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Joinville, Florianópolis, Porto Alegre, or Belo Horizonte.
