About the Role:

The position in charge of all financial aspects of the organization (including taxes) as well as other administrative functions. The candidate must be able to lead, train, motivate, and manage the finance team and coordinate their activities with other departments such as legal, human resources, marketing, operations, and administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within the industry or field.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the month-end closing process for LATAM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide accounting expertise for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Implement and maintain controls for the closing process.
• Reconcile key general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve accounting processes.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience in a similar role within global companies.
• Advanced English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
