Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Experience preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis and interpreting results.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.
• Experience developing financial models and translating data into insights.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite is advantageous.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Semi Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making in an international, fully remote environment. In this role, you will contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, and prepare reports that provide meaningful insights into business performance. You will monitor financial results, investigate variances, and help identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency. Working closely with Accounting, Operations, and other cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information. Accountabilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.


• Proven experience preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and interpreting financial results.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills are required.


• Experience developing financial models and translating financial data into actionable business insights.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.


• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms is an advantage.


• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.


• English proficiency at B2 level or higher is preferred.


• Must be based in Latin America and available to work full-time in a fully remote position.
