Job Description

Responsibilities

• Execute testing plans effectively, communicating obstacles and risks to team and managers.
• Have knowledge of Functional Testing, Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, and Deployment Testing.
• Write, review, and implement test cases across Salesforce modules.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Provar, TOSCA, Eggplant, Workato, or AutoRabbit.
• Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria are met with high software quality within schedules.
• Assist in test environment and data setup.
• Create and perform automated/manual functional and regression tests.
• Develop end-to-end, cross-cloud automation (API and UI).
• Monitor quality metrics such as testability, health, and coverage.
• Automate various tests using internal and open-source tools.
• Perform Backend Testing with SQL queries.
• Utilize Data Loader for data management in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce domains like Commerce, SF Core, or Marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 3 years of Test Automation experience and 1 year of manual/automated testing on Salesforce.
