Job summary

Infosys Brazil is seeking a SCADA Consultant to join our Delivery team in São Paulo. You will install, configure, test, and support SCADA systems, ensuring performance and reliability across client environments.

The ideal candidate has advanced English, strong experience with industrial protocols (DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850), SQL, historian systems, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. CLT-based role with benefits and global opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and support SCADA systems, ensuring system performance, reliability, and operational availability.
• Design and maintain SCADA database models, including tag structures, data points, and information flows.
• Develop, configure, and customize SCADA graphical displays and operator interfaces.
• Configure communication front-end systems and integrate industrial communication protocols (IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, IEC 61850).
• Install, configure, and maintain historian systems for data collection, storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Perform SCADA system integration with existing operational, engineering, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from implementation to post-deployment support.

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SCADA Consultant to join our team.

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and support SCADA systems, ensuring system performance, reliability, and operational availability.
• Design and maintain SCADA database models, including tag structures, data points, and information flows.
• Develop, configure, and customize SCADA graphical displays and operator interfaces.
• Configure communication front-end systems and integrate industrial communication protocols, including IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, and IEC 61850.
• Install, configure, and maintain historian systems for operational data collection, storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Perform SCADA system integration with existing operational, engineering, and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during implementation, testing, commissioning, and post-deployment support.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced English.
• Proven experience in SCADA system installation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including DNP3 and IEC standards.
• Proficiency in database modeling and SQL for SCADA and historian systems.
• Experience with historian installation and configuration. Familiarity with network architecture and industrial cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with leading SCADA platforms, preferably GE Vernova e-Terra.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation for SCADA customization.
