Hubclub Go is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of SAP TM solutions in Brazil. You will drive end-to-end designs, collaborate with business and technical teams, and guide best practices across SAP TM projects.

The role requires deep SAP TM expertise, enterprise-scale experience, and strong stakeholder management. On-site Brazil travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualificações

• Experience as SAP TM Solution Architect or Senior SAP TM Consultant.
• Experience with SAP TM solution design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
• Experience on complex SAP implementations or transformations.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP TM and other SAP or enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead solution design discussions and provide technical direction.
• Experience in enterprise and multi-team delivery environments.

• Support project delivery activities including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Travel on demand based on project needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Solution Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of SAP TM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on and architectural experience with SAP TM, enterprise SAP landscapes, and complex transportation and logistics business processes. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership to define scalable and effective SAP TM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture and design for SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP TM solution designs.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership across SAP TM processes and integrations.
• Define solution architecture, system landscapes, interfaces, and integration approaches.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
• Provide guidance on SAP TM best practices, solution standards, and implementation approaches.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience as an SAP TM Solution Architect, SAP TM Lead, or Senior SAP TM Consultant.
• Extensive experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) solution design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes.
• Experience working on complex SAP implementation or transformation programs.
• Experience designing integrations between SAP TM and other SAP or enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead solution design discussions and provide technical and functional direction.
• Experience working in enterprise and multi‑team delivery environments.
