cbs Corporate Business Solutions, a global management consultancy, seeks an SAP TM Solution Architect to design end-to-end transportation management solutions and shape large-scale transformation programs for international clients.

You will bridge business requirements, technology feasibility, and enterprise architecture, delivering scalable SAP TM architectures with measurable business value and a focus on ongoing digital transformation.

Qualificações

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management and logistics transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in designing business processes, solution architectures, and operating models within SAP TM environments.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, system harmonization initiatives, or global rollout projects.
• Ability to combine business, functional, and technical perspectives into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
• Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally.
• Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and define end-to-end SAP Transportation Management solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategies.
• Advise clients on transportation management transformation initiatives, SAP TM roadmaps, and target operating models.
• Lead solution design activities within SAP TM projects and complex transformation programs.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solution architectures.
• Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, template rollouts, harmonization programs, and logistics optimization projects.
• Collaborate closely with client executives, business stakeholders, project teams, and development experts to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive innovation by bringing new ideas, industry trends, and SAP best practices into client engagements and internal communities.

As part of our continued growth in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Transformation, we are looking for an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect (m/f/d) who is passionate about designing future-proof transportation management solutions and shaping complex transformation programs for global clients.

As an SAP TM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform and optimize their transportation processes. You will bridge business requirements, technical feasibility, and enterprise architecture to create scalable and sustainable SAP TM solutions.

Working closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts, you will provide architectural leadership and ensure that transportation management solutions deliver measurable business value while supporting long-term digital transformation goals.
