A leading technology firm in Brazil is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Candidates should have 7–10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of finance modules. Responsibilities include managing incidents, supporting financial closing activities, and maintaining high-quality documentation. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and familiarity with Brazil's financial regulations is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Understanding of Brazil localization, taxes, and statutory financial requirements is highly desirable.

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring system issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities with finance teams.
• Handle critical finance incidents and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP FI modules including:
  • General Ledger (FI-GL)
  • Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
  • Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
  • Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank Statements
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Allocations and settlements
• Analyze integration issues between finance and logistics processes such as FI-MM and FI-SD integrations.
• Deliver minor system enhancements and configuration updates within the AMS support scope.
• Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in change management and release processes.
• Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with audit and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or application support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Proven experience in Application Management Support (AMS) or production support environments.
• Solid knowledge of FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Working knowledge of SAP CO processes, especially Material Ledger and month‑end close activities.
• Experience handling incident management, problem management, and service requests.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of Brazil localization, taxes, and statutory financial requirements is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.
