Job summary

KSTACK is seeking a Mid-Level SAP FI Functional Analyst to support a global technology project in São Paulo. The role focuses on configuring SAP FI modules, GL, AP, AR, and integration with CO/MM/SD, with a hybrid work model in Rochaverá.

You will gather requirements, prepare specs and test artifacts, participate in data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, and collaborate with Finance, Controlling, Tax, and Technology teams in a global environment; English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SAP FI experience.
• Experience configuring SAP FI (GL, AP, AR) and related modules.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Understanding Brazilian finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with functional testing and writing specs.
• Knowledge of SAP FI integration with CO, MM, and SD.
• English proficiency for global environment.

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP FI Functional Analyst to support a project for a leading global technology company.

Location: Rochaverá - São Paulo, Brazil
Work Model: Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week
English: Required for working in a global environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across SAP FI, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and financial close processes.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, and Technology stakeholders.
• Configure and customize SAP FI based on business and functional requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and supporting test evidence.
• Support integrations between SAP FI and SAP CO, MM, and SD.
• Contribute to SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and application support initiatives.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on SAP FI experience.
• Practical experience configuring and customizing the SAP FI module.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Solid understanding of Brazilian finance and accounting processes.
• Experience with functional testing and preparing functional specifications.
• Knowledge of SAP FI integration with CO, MM, and SD.
• English proficiency to work effectively in a global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, CO, FSCM, Treasury, DRC, GRC, or TDF, bank integrations, and SAP certifications will be considered a plus.
