SourceHub, as part of the ScanSource Group, seeks an SAP SD/MM Business Analyst II in Brazil to design, configure, and improve SAP solutions across multiple functions within a global team.

You will analyze requirements, support configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business goals. Remote work is offered with a typical daytime schedule and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English communication skills preferred for interaction with international teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD (order management, billing, delivery).
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM (procurement, inventory, vendor management).
• Experience with SAP ECC environments is highly preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Experience participating in system enhancements or projects.

We are currently seeking a SAP SD/MM Business Analyst II to join our Information Technology team, supporting the design, configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement of SAP solutions across multiple business functions. This professional will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting SAP system configurations, participating in projects and enhancements, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with operational objectives in a global environment.

Main responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of current business processes ("as-is") and the SAP systems supporting those processes.
• Maintain proficiency in the configuration, processing, and support of assigned SAP functional modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionality and system capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements that support business objectives.
• Support user adoption of new SAP processes and functionalities through training and guidance.
• Assist business users in adapting operational procedures to align with system capabilities and best practices.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues while working closely with senior analysts and technical teams when needed.
• Support project execution and coordinate activities with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate business requirements and system performance.
• Support ongoing system enhancements, modifications, and optimization efforts from a business perspective.
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding system functionality, business processes, and solution changes.
• Develop and maintain expertise in assigned SAP business processes and applications.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, preferred for interaction with international teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), including order management, customer processes, billing, delivery, and distribution-related activities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management), including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, vendor management, and material master processes.
• Experience working in SAP ECC environments is highly preferred, as this is the primary SAP platform currently used within our organization. Knowledge of SAP ECC business processes and integrations will be considered a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Experience participating in system enhancements, projects, implementations, or support activities.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
