Jobtailor in Belo Horizonte, Brazil seeks an experienced SAP FI Consultant to lead end-to-end finance module work, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, treasury, and cross-module integrations. You will map and optimize accounting and tax processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and BR GAAP/IFRS.

The role covers configuration, testing, UAT, and collaboration with finance and IT teams on S/4HANA implementations and enhancements, with a focus on Brazil localization (SPED, ECD, ECF) and

Qualificações

• Proven experience as an SAP FI Consultant in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax processes including AP/AR, reconciliations, banking integrations, tax calculations, SPED, ECD, and ECF.
• Experience with FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-CO integrations.
• Experience with Brazilian localization (TAXBRA, NFe, NFSe, and ancillary tax obligations).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with business and IT teams.
• SAP FI certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP CO (Controlling) preferred.
• English proficiency (intermediate or higher) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a functional specialist in SAP FI across AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, treasury, and integrations.
• Map, analyze, and optimize accounting and tax processes per SAP best practices.
• Support business teams in defining requirements and propose solutions.
• Support configuration, customization, testing, and UAT for FI.
• Ensure compliance with BR GAAP/IFRS and Brazilian tax legislation.
• Work on integration projects with external systems.
• Review functional documentation (BBPs, specs, user manuals).
• Support audits and controllership in addressing compliance requirements.
• Join client-facing business and technology teams for a financial services client.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancements, support, and maintenance.

• Act as a functional specialist in the SAP FI module, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, treasury, and integrations with other modules

• Support the business team in defining requirements and propose technical and functional solutions
• Support the configuration and customization of the FI module in SAP, including customizations, testing, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (BR GAAP, IFRS) and Brazilian tax legislation
• Work on integration projects involving external systems
• Review functional documentation (BBPs, functional specifications, and user manuals)
• Support audit and controllership teams in addressing compliance requirements
• Join the business and technology team dedicated to a client in the financial services sector
• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects, as well as system support and maintenance

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP FI Consultant in implementation, rollout, or support and maintenance projects
• Knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax processes, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, banking integrations, tax calculations, SPED, ECD, and ECF
• Experience with FI-MM, FI-SD, and FI-CO integrations
• Experience with Brazilian localization (TAXBRA, NFe, NFSe, and ancillary tax obligations)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to interact with business and IT teams
• SAP FI certification (preferred)
• Previous experience with tax projects, such as GRC and TDF (preferred)
