EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief-level SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant in Brazil to lead support, evolution, and implementation of contract accounting in a high-volume S/4HANA environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, drive integrations, and ensure compliant end-to-end FI-CA processes.

You will oversee FI-CA configurations, testing, and training, coordinating with FI/GL, IS-U, SD, and CS teams.

• Extensive SAP FI-CA consulting experience (5+ years) in support and implementation contexts.
• Strong leadership skills to guide functional decisions and align stakeholders.
• Experience delivering implementations, rollouts, and continuous improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP FI-CA support and evolution to ensure stability and process continuity.
• Elicit requirements with billing, collection, credit, and dunning to define FI-CA solutions.
• Design FI-CA configurations and ensure adherence to business and regulatory needs.
• Deliver implementation, rollout, and enhancement activities across FI-CA initiatives.
• Ensure end-to-end integration with FI/GL, IS-U, SD, and CS for cross-module processes.
• Oversee high-volume processing for business partners and contract accounts with performance focus.
• Configure and validate postings and reversals using FI-CA document functions.
• Drive clearing processes including automatic and manual clearing of open items.
• Set up and monitor payment lots and returns for accurate cash application.
• Implement dunning, blocking, and delinquency controls aligned with policies.

We are seeking a Chief-level SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant to lead the support, evolution, and implementation of contract accounting solutions in a high-volume S/4HANA environment. You will partner with business stakeholders, drive integrations, and ensure compliant end-to-end FI-CA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI-CA support and evolution to ensure stability and process continuity
• Elicit requirements with billing, collection, credit, and dunning areas to define FI-CA solutions
• Design FI-CA configurations and ensure adherence to business and regulatory needs
• Deliver implementation, rollout, and enhancement activities across FI-CA initiatives
• Ensure end-to-end integration with FI/GL, IS-U, SD, and CS to support cross-module processes
• Oversee high-volume processing for business partners and contract accounts with performance focus
• Configure and validate postings and reversals using FI-CA document functions
• Drive clearing processes including automatic and manual clearing of open items
• Set up and monitor payment lots and returns to ensure accurate cash application
• Implement dunning, blocking, and delinquency controls aligned with business policies
• Configure installment plans, security deposits, and write-off processes with proper governance
• Plan and execute functional tests, user acceptance validation, and user training with key users

Requirements

• Extensive SAP FI-CA consulting experience (5+ years) in support and implementation contexts
• Expert leadership skills to guide functional decisions and align stakeholders
• Strong project delivery experience across implementations, rollouts, and continuous improvements
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA knowledge applied to FI-CA scenarios and data volumes
• Deep contract accounts management process knowledge across receivables and payables lifecycles
• Proven SAP integration knowledge with FI/GL, IS-U, SD, and CS
• Strong functional testing and documentation skills for specifications and solution designs
• Effective communication skills to work with billing, collection, credit, and dunning teams
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
• Availability for onsite work in Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
• Nice to have: Experience in utilities, energy, or concessions sector processes
