EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and deliver SAP S/4HANA FI-CA solutions for high-volume contract accounting processes in Rio de Janeiro. You will drive configuration, integrations, and ensure compliant outcomes across end-to-end finance operations.

Responsibilities include leading FI-CA support and continuous improvement, designing functional solutions for billing, collections and cash applications, and coordinating implementation and rollout

Qualificações

• 5+ years as SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making in functional delivery.
• Experience with high-volume accounts receivable/payable in contract accounting.
• Hands-on integration with SAP FI/GL and IS-U preferred.

We are looking for a Lead SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and deliver SAP S/4HANA FI-CA solutions for high-volume contract accounting processes. You will partner with business areas, drive configuration and integrations, and ensure compliant outcomes—apply to help shape reliable end-to-end finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI-CA support and continuous improvement to keep critical processes stable and compliant
• Design functional solutions based on requirements from billing, collections, credit, and cash application areas
• Configure SAP FI-CA settings and validate outcomes across end-to-end contract accounting flows
• Coordinate implementation, rollout, and enhancement activities, aligning scope, timelines, and quality
• Ensure integration with SAP FI/GL, IS-U, SD, and CS to maintain consistent financial posting and reconciliation
• Support billing, payment, clearing, dunning, installment plans, and write-off processes for high-volume scenarios
• Execute functional testing, support UAT with key users, and deliver user training and knowledge transfer
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and implemented configurations
• Analyze issues and propose improvements for mass activities, payment lots, returns, and exception handling
• Monitor regulatory and fiscal impacts on FI-CA processes and adjust solutions as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP FI-CA Functional Consultant in SAP S/4HANA environments
• Proven leadership experience guiding functional delivery, prioritization, and decision making
• Strong project experience in implementation, rollout, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Advanced SAP FI-CA configuration skills across BP, contract accounts, posting, clearing, payments, dunning, and installment plans
• Hands-on integration knowledge with SAP FI/GL and SAP IS-U
• Solid understanding of high-volume accounts receivable and payable processes for contract accounts
• Strong testing skills including functional test design, execution, and user acceptance support
• Clear documentation skills for processes, requirements, and solution designs
• Strong stakeholder management skills when working with billing, collections, credit, and cash application teams
• Upper-Intermediate English skills (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
• Availability to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro (RJ)
• Nice to have Experience in utilities, energy, or concession industries
