We are looking for SAP CS/CRM Consultant who is eager to learn and develop their career.

In this role, you will:

• Elicit business requirements from customer stakeholders, document them, and collaborate with the development team to build and configure solutions.
• Bring strong business process knowledge of OTC processes and their integration with cross modules like Finance, MM, TM, WM, etc.
• Develop global O2C templates and propose process improvements.
• Ensure appropriate process designs, including capturing accurate business requirements.
• Model and document business processes using established methodologies. Provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, working closely with the SAP configuration and development teams.
• Coordinate activities such as business analysis, As-Is/To-Be modeling, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and development teams, adopting Agile methodologies.
• Maintain clear communication regarding scope, risks, and business impacts to all stakeholders.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with SAP CS/CRM, including ATP, SAP Fiori apps, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes, change management, and managing dual SAP environments.
• Experience in master data management, analysis, reporting, and customer service processes.
• Knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, FI CO, PP, PM, QM, and MM, and experience with SAP Fiori, workflows, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• SAP ABAP debugging skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in Brazil localization projects.
