Job summary

EPAM NEORIS seeks an SAP Business Solution Architect to guide SAP-driven transformation from discovery through blueprint and implementation in Brazil. You will lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance, define target architecture, and drive client roadmaps aligned with SAP solutions.

You will run fit-gap analyses, integrate architecture domains, and build trusted relationships with clients while staying current on SAP products and portfolio changes to inform roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP solution architecture experience across pre-sales and delivery.
• Experience leading architecture governance and ensuring methodology consistency.
• Excellent client communication to guide discovery and build trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance across the client lifecycle.
• Define target architecture and client roadmap aligned with SAP solutions and portfolio direction.
• Drive architecture governance and methods to ensure consistency and cooperation across SAP domains.
• Run fit-gap analyses and shape implementation-ready blueprints from business requirements.
• Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains into a cohesive solution.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and perform root-cause analysis to restore progress and quality.
• Support account planning by shaping client vision based on solution scope and outcomes.
• Stay up to date on SAP products, trends, and portfolio changes to inform roadmaps.
