SourceHub, part of the ScanSource Group, seeks an SAP Business Analyst II to support SAP across multiple functions. You will analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with operations in a global setting.

The role features a hybrid work model in Curitiba, requires a IT-related degree and fluent English, and offers opportunities to participate in testing, training, and continuous process improvements

We arecurrently seeking a SAP Business Analyst II to join our InformationTechnology team, supporting the design, configuration, enhancement, andcontinuous improvement of SAP solutions across multiple business functions.

Thisprofessional will be responsible for analyzing business requirements,supporting SAP system configurations, participating in projects andenhancements, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with businessstakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with operational objectivesin a global environment.

Main responsibilities

• Develop a strong understandingof current business processes ("as-is") and the SAP systemssupporting those processes.
• Maintain proficiency in theconfiguration, processing, and support of assigned SAP functional modules.
• Gather, analyze, and documentbusiness requirements and map them to SAP functionality and systemcapabilities.
• Identify opportunities forprocess improvements and recommend system enhancements that supportbusiness objectives.
• Support user adoption of newSAP processes and functionalities through training and guidance.
• Assist business users inadapting operational procedures to align with system capabilities and bestpractices.
• Research, troubleshoot, andresolve SAP system issues while working closely with senior analysts andtechnical teams when needed.
• Support project execution andcoordinate activities with cross-functional teams and businessstakeholders.
• Participate in unit testing,integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validatebusiness requirements and system performance.
• Support ongoing systemenhancements, modifications, and optimization efforts from a businessperspective.
• Communicate effectively withusers and stakeholders regarding system functionality, business processes,and solution changes.
• Develop and maintain expertisein assigned SAP business processes and applications.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems,Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English communicationskills, both written and verbal, preferred for interaction withinternational teams.
• Experience supporting SAPbusiness processes and functional modules.
• Knowledge of business analysismethodologies, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Experience participating insystem enhancements, projects, implementations, or support activities.
• Ability to analyze businessneeds and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Experience supporting testingactivities, including unit testing, integration testing, and useracceptance testing.
• Strong problem-solving andtroubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skillsand ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
