Ibrowse is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant for a Brazil-based SAP S/4HANA Global Template rollout. The role requires hands-on administration, upgrades, transports, and close collaboration with global teams to ensure alignment with the global architecture and security standards.

The successful candidate will work with local business/IT teams, infrastructure and security groups, supporting go-live and hypercare while maintaining system performance and compliance across the Brazil

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• SAP Basis certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical execution of the SAP S/4HANA Global Template rollout in Brazil.
• Provide SAP Basis administration and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, transports, and technical maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate SAP transports across the project landscape.
• Support system refreshes, client administration, background jobs, RFCs, interfaces, and technical monitoring.
• Work closely with global Basis and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with the global template and technical architecture.
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems and platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and technical stability.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical incidents and performance issues.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join a global SAP S/4HANA rollout project in Brazil.

The professional will be responsible for providing SAP Basis expertise throughout the implementation and rollout of the global SAP S/4HANA template, ensuring the Brazilian deployment is aligned with the global architecture, technical standards, security requirements, integration landscape, and project methodology.

This is a hands‑on role requiring close collaboration with the global SAP team, local business/IT teams, SAP functional consultants, infrastructure teams, security teams, and integration specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical execution of the SAP S/4HANA Global Template rollout in Brazil.
• Provide SAP Basis administration and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, patches, transports, and technical maintenance.
• Manage and coordinate SAP transports across the project landscape.
• Support system refreshes, client administration, background jobs, RFCs, interfaces, and technical monitoring.
• Work closely with global Basis and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with the global template and technical architecture.
• Support integration between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems and platforms.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and technical stability.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical incidents and performance issues.
• Coordinate technical activities with infrastructure, database, network, security, and cloud teams.
• Support cutover, data migration, mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure compliance with global SAP technical standards, security policies, and project governance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in technical workshops, design sessions, integration discussions, and project status meetings.
• Support knowledge transfer to the local Brazilian support organization.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Basis administration.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of: SAP system administration SAP transports and Change Management SAP jobs and technical monitoring RFC and connectivity SAP user and authorization administration System copies and refreshes SAP Notes and support packages Performance monitoring and troubleshooting SAP interface technical support
• Experience working with SAP on cloud or hyperscaler environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA administration.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP Cloud ALM is a plus.
• Understanding of SAP security and technical compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting SAP go-live and hypercare activities.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA projects.
• SAP Basis certification is desirable but not mandatory.
