About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing Consulting team in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical Salesforce initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CRM solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud).

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

  • Translate complex business needs into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

  • Oversee the work of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

  • Guide the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Salesforce applications.

  • Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and documentation.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across regions — fluency in English is essential for daily communications.

  • Support with Presales activities and proposal development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) working with Salesforce platforms and solutions.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or technical lead role.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect certifications) are highly preferred.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and platform limitations within Salesforce.

  • Ability to mentor and guide developers and admins.

  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, team leadership, and client-facing communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Jira or similar tools.

  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment.
