Qualifications

Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on development expertise with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, security models, and best practices. This role requires a proactive professional capable of delivering high-quality solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.This position is part of a global support and delivery organization and offers the opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce Clouds, integrations, and enterprise applications.This is a full-time, remote contractor position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic capabilities.
• Develop and support Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Administrators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across Salesforce environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and external systems.
• Participate in application design reviews and technical solution discussions.
• Perform code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Contribute to system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-sharing assets.
• Support global production environments and participate in critical issue resolution activities when required.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new features and capabilities.

Required Qualifications
