Job summary

DEXIAN Brazil seeks an experienced Salesforce developer to support a global client in agriculture and fertilizer. You will build and maintain Salesforce integrations with SAP using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs in an Agile setting.

Work 100% remotely from Brazil with international teams; advanced English is essential. Requires 5+ years in Salesforce development and 2+ years of Salesforce-SAP integration, including SAP ECC/S4HANA.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware.
• Knowledge of IDoc, OData, BAPI, and RFC integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of authentication, data transformation, error handling, and monitoring.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and production support.
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with SAP.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce-SAP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
• Integrate business data between Salesforce and SAP (Customers, Accounts, Orders, Products, Pricing).
• Design data transformation, synchronization, authentication, and error-handling processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data sync failures, API errors, and incidents.
• Perform testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and support activities.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, SAP, integration, and business teams in Agile.
• Contribute to integration standards and scalable enterprise solutions.

About the Client

This position will support one of our clients, a global company operating in the agriculture and fertilizer industry, providing essential solutions for crop nutrition across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce-SAP integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Integrate business data including Customers, Accounts, Orders, Products, and Pricing between Salesforce and SAP.
• Design and implement data transformation, synchronization, authentication, and error-handling processes.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, data synchronization failures, API errors, and production incidents.
• Perform testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and production support activities.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce, SAP, integration, and business teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to integration standards, development best practices, and scalable enterprise solutions.
