We are looking for a professional for the position of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sr. Analyst to join the Marketing Excellence technical team.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding and documenting requirements from different regions, including territories in Asia.
• Questioning and providing guidance on requirements.
• Communicating requirements to the global IT team, following up on progress, and verifying implementation.
• Training regional teams in English.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Job Characteristics

• Fluency in English
• Availability to work starting at 1:00 PM to accommodate U.S. and Asian time zones

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Certification:
  • Email Marketing – Mandatory
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator – Desirable
• Role: Technical lead, no direct reports
• Team: Collaborate with a global team on various projects and territories
• Interactions: Engage with stakeholders at different levels and regions
