We are looking for a professional for the position of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Sr. Analyst to join the Marketing Excellence technical team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understand and document requirements from different regions, including territories in Asia.
2. Question and provide guidance on requirements.
3. Communicate requirements to the global IT team, follow up, and verify implementation.
4. Train regional teams in English.
5. Maintain excellent communication skills in English.

Job Characteristics

1. Fluency in English.
2. Availability to work starting at 1:00 PM to accommodate U.S. and Asian time zones.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Certification:
• Email Marketing – Mandatory
• Marketing Cloud Administrator – Desirable
• Role: Technical lead role, no direct reports.
• Team: Work with a global team on various projects and territories.
• Interactions: Engage with stakeholders at different levels and global territories.
• Focus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, or Risk and Compliance related fields. Industry certifications are welcome. Must speak, read, and write English.
