We are searching for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to drive the strategic design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Location/time zone: LatAm/US (remote)

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize declarative Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
• Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from both business and technical perspective.
• Provide strategic guidance on best practices, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize custom development.
• Act as a key stakeholder-facing resource, ensuring clear communication from discovery to go-live and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business needs.
• Work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of the features.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle - provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of Salesforce experience.
• Experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge about CPQ/Revenue Cloud is an additional asset.
• Expert level experience in designing customized solutions (sales related) within the Salesforce platform.
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, defining implementation options and defining app options.
• Experience in integrating applications with Salesforce using APIs.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect Certificate is preferred, other certificates are a huge asset.
