Job summary

Concentrix in Brazil is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our remote-friendly team. You will support the current Salesforce environment, manage user access, and help deliver reports and dashboards that inform business decisions.

Ideal candidates hold ADM201, have hands-on experience with Flow and Data Loader, and understand Salesforce security models. You will communicate clearly with stakeholders to enable continuous improvement and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Good working knowledge of Flows
• Strong experience with Data Loader, and a conscientious approach to data management
• Confidence with all aspects of Salesforce’s security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.)
• A clear and effective communication style

Responsibilities

What The Admin Will Do

• Support the current Salesforce team in their management and handling of user

What The Admin Should Have
