Job summary

5C Company LLC is seeking a remote sales/customer service professional based in Brazil. The role involves actively engaging customers, presenting products, and guiding purchases while following scripts for persuasive communication. You will work the 3X1 schedule with a focus on achieving daily and monthly sales goals.

Compensation is hourly with additional commission on sales. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (higher education a plus), fluent English, strong writing, and experience

Qualifications

• High School education completed; higher education in progress is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong writing skills.
• Familiar with service platforms and digital tools; prior experience in sales or customer service.

• Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to purchase.
• Follow scripts and guidelines with clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.

Job description

This position is open to candidates based in Brazil.

What you will do:

• Provide customer service actively, receptively, and immediately, respecting the inactivity limits established by management.
• Present products, clarify doubts, overcome objections, and guide the client to the purchase.
• Follow commercial scripts and guidelines, maintaining clear, educated, and persuasive communication.
• Achieve daily and monthly conversion (sales) goals.

Requirements:

• Complete High School education (in-progress Higher Education is a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Good writing skills and fast typing.
• Familiarity with service platforms and mastery of digital tools and management systems.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.

Work model:

100% Remote (Home Office)

Schedule:

We operate a 3X1 schedule (3 consecutive work days followed by 1 day off)

Compensation:

$2.00 USD per hour

Commission:

3.5%–5.5% commission on sales
