Job Description: Partner Technical Specialist at IBM

Your Role and Responsibilities
  1. Build relationships: Create and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners.
  2. Shape technical strategy: Participate in technical discussions and help shape partners' technical agendas.
  3. Demonstrate IBM value: Use IBM sales tools and teams to help partners showcase the value of IBM technology.
  4. Provide technical expertise: Offer subject matter expertise and advice to partners, sales teams, and customers.
  5. Work with sales representatives and business partners: Collaborate to close deals.
  6. Manage accounts: Oversee multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
Required Skills
  • Deep knowledge of IBM technology and solutions.
  • Proficiency in IA, automation, storage, architecture.
  • Understanding of business models and the Sell/Build/Service ecosystem.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve business and technical challenges.
  • Negotiation and project prioritization skills.
Education and Professional Expertise
  • Required: Bachelor's Degree.
