What you will do:

  • Achieve sales and market share targets for Power Generation products.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff promoting and selling Solar's products and solutions, ensuring high customer service levels before and after sales.
  • Manage and direct the sales team to meet sales and profit goals, including determining discount rates.
  • Identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen business relationships.

  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and satisfaction in all decisions, creating tailored solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understand industry trends, issues, and regulatory considerations, applying this knowledge appropriately.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain healthy relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Analyze situations accurately and make informed decisions.
  • Business Development: Explore and develop growth opportunities for the organization.
  • Sales Forecasting: Use forecasting tools to estimate market sales trends.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
