What you will do:
- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for the company's products in the Power Generation market.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff engaged in promoting and selling Solar's products and solutions; ensure that customers receive a high level of service before and after business closing.
- Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals; determine discount rates.
- Lead the identification of selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.

- Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to analyze situations accurately and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Business Development: Knowledge of business development tools, techniques, and approaches; ability to explore and develop potential areas of business growth for the organization.
- Sales Forecasting: Knowledge of sales forecasting tools, skills, and techniques; ability to estimate sales trends in the market.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience desired.
- Bilingual Skill Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Relocation is available for this position.
