EMCD Mining is seeking a Sales Manager for the LATAM region who is passionate about building client relationships in the fast-paced environment of crypto and blockchain. Responsibilities include client development, sales negotiation, ecosystem promotion, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong education background and at least one year of relevant experience, ready to thrive in an innovative atmosphere and drive business growth.

Qualificações

Are you passionate about building lasting client relationships in the world of crypto and blockchain? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation and adaptability are key to success? EMCD is looking for a motivated and client-focused Business Development Manager to help us expand our ecosystem across the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Development: Establish strong and productive relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Conduct negotiations, identify client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Ecosystem Promotion: Demonstrate the full range of EMCD's products and services, including mining tools, analytics platforms, and fintech solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Attract new clients through cold outreach, networking, and participation in industry events and conferences.
  • Research and Analytics: Collect and analyze market data, assess the competitive landscape and client behavior, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, technical support, and other internal teams to enhance the competitiveness of client offerings.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Develop strategies to increase average revenue per client by promoting additional services and products within the EMCD ecosystem.
  • Reporting and KPI Management: Regularly provide analytical reports and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and client development.
Requirements
  • Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Management, IT, Economics, or Psychology)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of ecosystem-based client engagement strategies
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data
  • High level of technical literacy (knowledge of blockchain technologies, mining, and related products is a plus)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and clear manner
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Ability to plan and manage work independently and deliver results in an autonomous setting
  • Proactive, adaptable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industry
