Qualificações

  • 2-3 ans d'expérience en vente, y compris recherche et fidélisation.

About The Role

As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect and target new customers based in Brazil, operating in the financial services, payments, banking, and retail industries
  • Work with managers and staff of assigned banks or partners to build relationships and educate small to large sized business owners about FIS products and services
  • Identify new prospects and revenue opportunities, building new relationships from scratch and using a portfolio of target clients
  • Retain and manage existing customers, focusing on overall customer success and satisfaction
  • Leverage referred leads and self-cultivated leads to nurture your pipeline
  • Connect with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line
  • Collaborate with sales teams and focus on growing the existing customer base.

What You Will Need

  • 2-3 years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions, solving business problems, and customer retention (experience in both hunter and farmer positions)
  • Knowledge of Brazil’s payments ecosystem, banking ecosystem, and financial solutions
  • Experience in selling new business solutions, ideally in financial services, payments, banking or similar sectors such as financial software solutions or technology
  • Consultative approach and ability to identify, influence and present to executives and decision makers
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills (concise and direct)
  • Confidence working in an autonomous environment where change is frequent
  • Disciplined and collaborative work ethic
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience using a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Must be based in São Paulo City to facilitate easy access to; hybrid schedule, in-person meetings with prospective and current customers, as well as FIS leadership and teammates
